Cookie Policy
This policy explains cookies on the meetzoy.com website. It also says what the Zoy app does not do. The privacy policy is the fuller notice. Zoy LLC (“Zoy”, “we”) is at 1050 Kettner Blvd, Suite D #1019, San Diego, CA 92101, USA. Questions go to hi@meetzoy.com.
The app
The Zoy app has no accounts and no child profiles. It does not use cookies. It does not load an advertising pixel or an analytics SDK. It does not send push notifications or marketing email. A grown-up can send a support message from Contact us. That message is support mail to hi@meetzoy.com. It is delivered without a pixel that reports whether it was opened. A child is not asked to sign in.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a browser stores when a website loads. A session cookie lasts until the browser closes. A persistent cookie can last longer. A first-party cookie is set by the site you opened. A third-party cookie is set by another service that the page loads.
What this website uses
This website has no Zoy account to log into, and it does not keep a child profile. We do not set a cookie to recognize a username, because there is no username.
Each page of this website loads Google Tag Manager, container GTM-NLZH36J. The app does not load that container. Tags in the container can set cookies, can record that a page was opened, and can include analytics or advertising tags configured there. Which tags run is set in the container, on the website only.
The host that serves the website (Vercel) and the service that delivers a message (Resend) process the connection data needed to show a page or carry an email. That processing is not an advertising pixel inside the app.
Email and pixels
Support mail does not carry a pixel that reports whether the message was opened. A message a grown-up sends from Contact us in the app, from the form at /contact-us/, or from the form at /get-samples/, goes to hi@meetzoy.com so we can reply. It is not an advertising list, and it is not a child profile.
What are your cookie options?
You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. If you block them, the pages should still open. A tag that depends on a cookie may not run. Blocking cookies in a browser does not change the app, because the app does not use them.
